SGA Biography

Scott Rehberg, State General Agent in Ohio, enjoyed a career with the NFL before he joined American Income Life Insurance Company.  The former offensive lineman displayed his talents for two seasons with the New England Patriots, a season with the Cleveland Browns, and four years with the Cincinnati Bengals.

The training and discipline he developed as a professional football player serve him well in his current role with American Income Life.  Scott was promoted to State General Agent after only two years with AIL and has helped to build three separate Agencies during his tenure with the Company.

It was AIL’s ‘Opportunity Unlimited’ that originally attracted Scott to a sales career with American Income Life.  He was attracted to “the ability to earn what I am worth and the opportunity to be promoted based on my merit.”  What he has found most rewarding is his “ability to teach and develop others so they may achieve their own personal dreams and goals.”

If he could advise others to join AIL, it would be “Go ALL in.  If you put forth the effort, set a schedule, and stick to it, the rewards are endless with AIL,” says Scott.

When did Scott know he made the right choice to join the American Income Life family?  “The moment came towards the end of my first year with AIL,” remembers Scott.  “I was recently promoted to the MGA position, and I was achieving the financial rewards as well as the satisfaction of knowing that I helped others also achieve financial freedom and other personal goals.”

Free time revolves around family for Scott, but he also occasionally enjoys a round of golf and riding his Harley Davidson.  Like all members of the AIL family, he believes in giving back, and is a supporter of both the United Way and the Make a Wish Foundation.
